PREREQUISITES AND REQUIREMENTS #
- You are created as a user in AjourTender and are logged in
- You are registered for the relevant tender
GUIDE #
Step 1 – Open the Tender materials tab Click the “Tender materials” tab in the menu bar on the tender page. You will now see a folder structure with all available tender materials on the left and the associated files on the right.
Step 2 – Download tender materials You have two options for downloading the material:
- Click the orange button “Download all tender material” to download the entire folder as one combined zip file
- Click the icon next to a single file to download only that file
Tip: Use “Download all tender material” to make sure you have the entire tender material together at once.
Step 3 – Open the Tender details tab Click the “Tender details” tab in the menu bar. Here you find relevant information about the tender, including tender type, tender form, price information and a direct link to the tender.
- Here you also find a link that is used when you need to complete your ESPD documentation.
Step 4 – Ask questions or see answers Click the “Questions” tab to ask questions about the tender or see existing questions and answers.
Note: All questions and answers are visible to all bidders. All bidders receive an e-mail notification when a new question or answer is available. Information about the bidder who asks the question is hidden from other bidders, but visible to the tender administrator.
Important: Never end your question with a personal greeting or your name, as this will reveal your identity to the other bidders.
Step 5 – See correction sheets Click the “Correction sheets” tab to see a list of all correction sheets sent out. Each correction sheet contains a description of changes in the project.
Note: All correction sheets are visible to all bidders, and everyone receives an e-mail notification when a new correction sheet is available.
