Project Setup – Administration of categories and schemas
CONTEXT #
This guide covers a web-based administration function in the EG Ajour module AjourInspect & QA. The function is used to import system groups to a project and to create, edit and delete project categories and control schemas. To be able to create registrations on the project, at least one project group per registration type must exist.
RELEVANCE #
This guide is relevant when an administrator or project manager needs to set up a project correctly before registrations can be started. This includes importing groups, creating categories and control schemas, as well as ongoing maintenance such as renaming, copying, moving and deleting.
PREREQUISITES AND REQUIREMENTS #
- You must have the project permission “Edit categories” under the relevant module
- You must have access to the project in question
- You must be logged in to the system
How to access Project Setup There are two ways to access Project Setup:
- Open AjourInspect & QA, select a project, and click “Categories/schema” at the top right
- Click the gear icon, select “Administration”, select “Categories/schema”, select “Project Setup – Categories”, and then select the project in the project picker
Both routes take you to Project Setup.
