Context #
AjourTender is a module in the web-based platform EG Ajour. The overview shows all created tenders in a list, and a filter function is located in the top right corner. When you click “Filter”, a panel opens with options to filter by project, status and type/form, as well as to sort and group the displayed tenders. The system is accessed via a browser.
Relevance #
This guide is relevant when you have many tenders in the system and need to find or follow up on specific tenders quickly. For example, when you:
- Need to follow up on ongoing tenders for a specific project
- Want to see an overview of tenders with a specific status, e.g. only active or closed tenders
- Want a fixed view that you see automatically every time you log in
Prerequisites and requirements #
- You must have access to the AjourTender module.
- At least one tender must have been created in the system for the filtering to return a result.
- Knowing which projects or statuses you want to filter by makes it easier to use the function in a targeted way.
Guide (step by step) #
Click the “Filter” button in the top right corner of the overview to open the filter settings.
Search for and select the projects you want to see tenders from in the “Projects” field. Select the checkbox next to the desired project(s).
Note: A project is only shown in the list if at least one tender has been created on the project.
Filter by status and/or type/form by selecting the relevant checkboxes under “Status” and “Type/Form”. You can select several options at the same time.
Note: If no options are selected, all tenders are shown regardless of status or type/form.
Select the sort order under “Sorting” by selecting one of the options:
- Creation date
- Tender starts (publication)
- Deadline
Click “Ascending” or “Descending” to change the sort direction.
Choose whether the displayed tenders should be grouped under “Grouping”:
- Projects: The tenders are shown together under the project they belong to.
- Status: The tenders are shown together by status.
- None: The tenders are shown only by the selected sort order, without grouping.
Click “Save filter” if you want to save the selected filter setting.
Tip: A saved filter is reloaded automatically the next time you log in to AjourTender, so you quickly get access to the same view.
Click “Close Filter” to close the filter panel without changing the current view.
Click “Reset Filter” to remove all selected filter settings and return to the default view.
Next steps #
- Use the search field “Search the tender” to find a specific tender by name.
- Click “Show” next to a tender in the overview to open the tender details and follow up on participation, bids and questions.
- Create a new tender if the tender you want does not yet exist in the overview.
