Symptom #
The user cannot submit a bid on a tender, the Bid/PQ button is not there.
Description #
Users most commonly experience this issue because there is already someone from the same company registered as the bidder. There can only be one bidder from each company. Who the bidder is from a given tender can be seen in the list of bidders.
Solution #
The issue is resolved by ensuring that the correct bidder is the one submitting the bid. As shown in the image above, we can always see which user from which company is the bidder.
