Symptom #
The user logs in and cannot access the modules, as they are greyed out. If the user attempts to click on them, they are met with this message.
Description #
This indicates that the user does not have permission to access the modules, either due to permissions or the current role the user has in the system (e.g. Level 8, Tender user).
Solution #
The solution is for the user to be granted permission to access more modules. It is also required that the user is not set as a "Level 8, Tender user".
