# View correction sheets as a bidder

CONTEXT

This guide describes how, as a bidder, you receive a notification about a correction sheet by email, and how you can then view the correction sheets directly on the tender in AjourTender.

RELEVANCE

You need this guide when a tender administrator has sent out a correction sheet for a tender you are participating in, and you need to find out what has been changed or added.

PREREQUISITES AND REQUIREMENTS

You must be invited to/participate in the tender in question as a bidder

Your user profile must have an email address linked to it in order to receive notifications

You have not blocked or marked "no-reply@ajoursystem.net" as spam

GUIDE (step by step)

Step 1: When the tender administrator sends out a correction sheet, you receive an email from the sender "no-reply@ajoursystem.net" with the subject of the correction sheet.

Step 2: Read the message in the email, which may describe what has been changed and where the new tender materials can be found.

Step 3: Click the link Click here to go to the tender in the email to open the tender directly in AjourTender.

Step 4: Go to the Correction sheets tab on the tender to see a complete overview of all correction sheets sent out. The correction sheets are numbered consecutively in order of creation, with the newest correction sheet at the top.

Step 5: Click a correction sheet in the list to expand it and read the whole message.

NEXT STEPS
