# Find your system name for EG Ajour 

CONTEXT


This guide describes what a system name is, and what to do if you need to log in to an EG Ajour system but do not know or cannot remember the system name. The guide applies to both web and app. 


RELEVANCE


A system name is a unique part of the web address (e.g. https://[systemname].ajoursystem.net), which identifies each company's Ajour system. Without the correct system name you cannot log 


in - even with a valid email and password. This guide is relevant if you are a new user and did not notice the system name in your welcome email, or if you need access to several different systems and are unsure which system name belongs to which company.&nbsp;


PREREQUISITES AND REQUIREMENTS&nbsp;


You must know which company's Ajour system you are trying to access 


You must have received an invitation or welcome email, if you are a new user 


GUIDE (step by step)&nbsp;


Step 1: Check your welcome email or invitation email from the company. The system name typically appears in the link you originally clicked to create your password.&nbsp;


Step 2: If you already have access to the system from another device (e.g. the computer, but not the phone), you can find the system name in the address bar of your browser when you are logged in.&nbsp;


Step 3: Ask a colleague who already uses the system to send you the link or the system name, or contact your own system administrator at the company.&nbsp;


Step 4: If you represent an external company (e.g. as a bidder or supplier) and need access to a customer's Ajour system, the company you are working with can provide the correct system name.&nbsp;


Tip: If none of the above solves it, you can contact EG Support, who can look up the system name for you.&nbsp;


Tip: You can save the web address as a favourite in your web browser. Then you do not have to remember it yourself.&nbsp;


Tip: The EG Ajour app automatically remembers the system name once you have logged in to the system from the app.&nbsp;
