# Add registration without registration drawing (app)

CONTEXT

This guide describes how to add a registration without a drawing in the EG Ajour app, the Inspect & QA module. The function is used when, during a walkthrough on a construction site or similar, you need to document completed work or an observation without it being linked to a specific location on a registration drawing.

RELEVANCE

You will need this guide when you carry out supervision, safety rounds, defect reviews, quality control or the like and need to document completed work or an observation that is not linked to a specific physical location on a registration drawing - for

example a general remark, a matter that requires follow-up, or an item that is to be sent to another party. The registration is collected under "Registrations without drawing (list view)" in the project.

PREREQUISITES AND REQUIREMENTS

You must have access to the relevant project in the EG Ajour app, and the project must be synchronized on your device

You must have permissions to create registrations in the Inspect & QA module

You must have an A or B license - depending on which registration type you are going to create

Camera and gallery access must be allowed on the device if you want to add a photo to the registration

GUIDE (step by step)

Step 1: Before you add a registration, first check that you have selected the correct registration type. Click the dark blue bar at the top of the overview.

Step 2: If needed, select the project folder where you want to add a registration.

Step 3: Tap the orange circle with "+" in the bottom right corner of the overview to add a new registration without a drawing. A registration window opens.

Step 4: Under "Select category", tap the field and first select the overall category group (e.g. a trade area) and then the specific category within the group.

Tip: The categories are organized in groups, so that you first select an overall topic and then a more specific sub-item.

Step 5: If the selected category has an associated checklist, tap the checklist icon to open it. Review the items, and tick the items that have been checked. You can tap "All" to select all items at once. Then go back to the registration by clicking "Left arrow".

Step 6: Tap the description field and enter a short text describing the observation.

Step 7: Tap the camera icon to take one or more photos for the registration, or tap the image icon to select existing images from the device. Tap "Add more" if you want to take additional photos, or "Save" when you are done.

Step 8: Tap "Change" to set a recipient on the registration. Select the organization or recipient the registration is to be sent to, and optionally activate "Remember recipient" if the same recipient is often to be used again. Tap "Save" to confirm.

Step 9: Tap "Change status" to set the status of the registration.

Please note: You do not need to save what you have entered. The app does this automatically. Your data is now saved offline on your device. You must synchronize your device to save to your Ajour server.

Step 10: Synchronize the project again, so that the registration with its associated status, recipient and content is updated and becomes visible to other users on the project.

NEXT STEPS
