Explanation of user permissions in Ajour System

Permission management is under user administration in Ajour. When selecting a user, a property can subsequently be selected for the user’s permissions to use. A permission tree is displayed which is a hierarchical division of permissions in Ajour.

Administration module
The System Administrator is a person who generally manages the Ajour platform to for example:
– Order an A- or a B-license.
– Manage company category templates in Inspect and QA.
– Create/delete projects.
– The user has all rights and typically has access to all projects.
Level 2 / Project AdministratorAjourInspect, AjourQA, AjourBox, AjourFM, AjourTender

Administration module
The Project Administrator is a person who manages the project in Ajour, and can e.g.:
– Manage users on their own projects.
– Set up categories for the project in Inspect/QA.
– Administrer AjourInsect, AjourQA, AjourFM AjourTender, AjourBox.
Level 3 / Project ManagerAjourInspect, AjourQA, AjourBox, AjourFMThe Project Manager is a person who uses Ajour for projects on working days and can e.g.:
– Have access to all project-specific areas of AjourBox, but can not create folders or delete other companies’ files.
– Have access to the entire AjourFM, but can not delete other people’s BE cards.
– Have access to the entire AjourIspect/QA, but can not edit or delete other companies’ registrations.
– Set up categories for the project in Inspect/QA.
Level 4 / Project AssistantAssistant level: AjourBox, AjourFM.

User level: AjourInspect, AjourQA
The Project Assistant is a person who e.g.:
– Can keep files in AjourBox updated with new versions, but can not publish files, and can not delete other companies’ files.
– Has access to the entire AjourFM, but can not delete other people’s BD cards.
– Can use AjourInspect and AjourQA at the user level.
Level 5 / User AjourInspect, AjourQA, AjourBox, AjourFMA User can e.g.:
– See the registrations that they have made themselves or their colleagues have made, or which they themselves are the recipient of.
– Comment on and set status on own or assigned registrations in AjourInspect and AjourQA.
– Upload and view files in AjourBox in assigned and public folders.
– Create and fill in BE cards in AjourFM.
Level 6 / ObserverAjourInspect, AjourQA, AjourBox, AjourFMAn observer can e.g.:
– See all registrations in AjourInspect and AjourQA.
– View files in AjourBox in assigned and public folders.
– See all BE cards.
Level 7 / AjourBox userAjourBoxAn AjourBox user can upload and view files in AjourBox in assigned and public folders.
Level 8 / AjourTender userAjourTenderAn AjourTender user can only participate in a tender.
All users can participate in a tender.
