1. Tap on the three bars in the upper left corner to access the sidebar navigation.

TIP: When logging in for the first time, the app automatically selects a project. If this is not the project you want to synchronize, open the sidebar menu where it is possible to select another project.

2. Opens up project selection.

3. Opens up the helpdesk website.

4. Opens up the settings on the app.
