Creating a Building Element card report

1. To enter the area where we create our reports, simply click the “Reports” button in the menu at the top
The report generator view

1. Choose one or more projects you wish to include in the generated report
2. If you want to filter by specific company or responsible, you can choose the person or company here
3. If you wish to filter the reports by BE-numbers, you can do so here, following these rules:

1 | Shows maintenance tasks for all BE-cards within main group ‘1’ |
1-3 | Shows maintenance tasks for all BE-cards within main group ‘1’, subgroup ‘3’ |
1-3-4 | Shows maintenance tasks for all BE-cards in the main groups ‘1’, ‘2’, ‘3’ |
1:3 | Shows maintenance tasks for all BE-cards in the main groups ‘1’, ‘2’, ‘3’ |
1-3:5 | Shows maintenance tasks for all BE-cards in the main group ‘1’, subgroups ‘3’, ‘4’ or ‘5’ |
1-3-4:7 | Shows maintenace tasks for all BE-cards in main group ‘1’, subgroup ‘3’, building part ‘4’, ‘5’, ‘6’ or ‘7’ |
You can also filter by name, simply enter the name of the BE-card you wish to filter on
4. If you wish to filter by dates, you can choose a beginning date and end date here
5. Choose which type of report you would like
BE-card status overview
will output a building element table, allowing you to get an overview of all BE-cards or the ones in your filtration. Example:

will print a full BE-card overview with all data. Example:

6. When you are done filling out your desired settings for the report, simply click “Get”. A pop-up will appear on the right side with a download link. Alternatively, you can download the report from the notification area as well
