Understanding the operation plan

1. If you want to filter the view by property, you can choose one or more properties from the dropdown list here

2. If you wish to filter by company or by the person responsible for the tasks, you can do so here.

3. If you wish to filter the reports by BE-numbers, you can do so here, following these rules:

4. If you wish to filter by dates, you can choose a beginning and end date here

5. When you are done filtering, press the button “Get” to get the data shown in the table at 6

6. Operation plan table

On the building part table you can view all the available job cards within your selection. You can click on each one of them to open up the individual job card

From the job card you can choose a responsible for the task (1), make a completion comment (2), mark it as complete and set the completion date (3)
