Forwarded registrations

You are able to forward an issue to a new recipient

Use this feature if, e.g., you as a general contractor receive an issue which a subcontractor is responsible for getting fixed. Then the issue is forwarded to a new user (subcontractor) who is able to respond to the issue

The original recipient of the issue is still  legally responsible for the issue    

To forward a registration open up the recipient window

1. Press the “Forwarded” button

2. Click “Choose recipient”

You can forward the registration to a whole company or specific users

If you want to put a start time/deadline, you can click on the calendar icon

From here you may choose the company or recipient for the forwarded registration
